What to include
To help us resolve things faster, it helps to tell us:
- The email address on your account
- Whether you were using the iOS app or the website
- The product name or page where the problem happened
- What you expected, and what happened instead
Subscriptions
SpecInspect Pro subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed through your Apple ID. You can view, change, or cancel them at any time in your App Store account settings — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. For anything else about billing, email support@specinspect.com.
